The St Joseph’s Nursery is the newest edition to St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School.
Our nursery is a newly established part of St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School to enrich and provide pre-school education to children aged two and above.
Although located on the school site, and managed and supported on a day to day basis by the headteacher and some school staff, the nursery is managed by the school’s governors who want to provide much needed spaces for nursery aged children in the Malmesbury area.
Our vision is, that in addition to this, our nursery will also add to the school’s provision for pre-school children and will give parents in Malmesbury a wider choice if they are looking for a setting that has a faith element to its ethos. Although this faith element is fundamentally based on Christian beliefs, we are also sympathetic and inclusive of other faiths and belief traditions.
As a nursery we seek to work in partnership with the school alongside other pre-school providers and are happy to provide additional top-up hours for parents unable to access their full entitlement in other town nurseries.
